Cuisine Foods Production Operator 2005

In this position my responsibilities included working on the production line ensuring quality control was maintained to specified standards, packing produce, stacking pizzas onto pallets, cleaning factory and ensuring that my work area was clean and tidy at all times. Whilst working in this position it was important that I adhered to strict Food Hygiene and Health and Safety guidelines at all times.

East Nuek Hotel Barman/Waiter 2005

My duties included the serving of the customers, by taking and serving their drink and food orders, cash handling and usage of the till. I was also responsible for the general cleaning throughout the bar, ensuring that the premises were ready for the next days trading.

Additional Information

I have certificates in Heart Start First Aid, Food Hygiene and Food Preparation. I also completed the Princes Trust Outward Bound Course and a five day Raleigh International Residential Course. These courses involved camping and trekking 10 kilometres and they enabled me to build on my teamwork, leadership and motivational skills.

Interests

I enjoy socialising with friends and family, playing football, outward bound type activities and relaxing in front of the TV.
